Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek. We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm. We have 2 camp sites available and more coming soon nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife. each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have fire wood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs. the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June to September, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. at times they may be walk in only (about 200ft walk) or four wheel drive access only as they are in a low area of the farm and do not wish anyone to get stuck. if access has been changed I will notify you as soon as I can with an update. you are welcome to walk around during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path. please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, rabbits, chickens and goats ( for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission , preferable accompanied) you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship. In 2007 we planted 200 tree's and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on July 1-4th. You won't be disappointed for a great breakfast at Tammy D's (Mulino, OR), sandwiches at Humble Pig or pizza at Bear Creek Pizza & Pub.

Creekside campground with showers has 4 separate sites: 1. The campground with a kitchen and hot/cold potable water and 20 amps of power. Includes 3-4 picnic tables and a covered stage area with power. This can hold 8-10 large tents comfortably. Price includes up to 10 people. Children under 12 are not counted and are free (except to their parents). 2. Tiny Creekside cabin has no power and a queen size bed with bedding and towels included. Sleeps 2 with about 120 SF (tiny) includes 150 SF covered deck. You may add tents around the cabin but must add the guests under extras so you pay for additional tents/people. No kitchen with cabin. This site has a private fire pit. 3. Creekside RV - retro trailer newer looks like a 50's diner. Has fridge, stove top, microwave, electric hot water kettle and Air Conditioning. This is a nice addition to the other sites due to the AC and fridge. RV is parked next to creek across from campground. The toilet is not connected (please use Portable toilet next to trailer). 4. A cabin in the trees 12'x20' with queen bed and all bedding included. No Kitchen in the Cabin, The cabin includes a picnic table, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor bench and chairs. No Electricity. All sites have shared access to hot showers, portable toilets, and potable water next to Outdoor kitchen and dinning area. Guests love staying with us; "Brenda's property is fantastic. We had a gathering of friends for a long weekend on this property (rented the cabin too) and had the best time. Having the creek to splash around in, warm running water for showers and washing dishes, trails to explore, and the delivery of fresh produce and eggs from the property far exceeded our expectations. Brenda is the best host - she answered all my questions quickly and was very generous with our group. Definitely recommend!"

Santiam Serenity

Enjoy the calm, quiet serenity of the South Santiam River. Get back to the basics here and just relax and enjoy nature. We have a small cabin with a bunk bed, and a camping toilet is provided. Bring your tent or camper for extra room. Our campsite is nestled among the trees next to the river. There's lots to enjoy. Do you like hiking? Silver Falls State Park is only 36 miles away. Boating? You can put in your kayak/canoe at Gills Landing in Lebanon and float down the river back to the campsite. Fishing? Bring your fishing pole and try catch and release in our pond. Swimming? Take a swim in the cool water. Of course, you can just relax by the water's edge and enjoy the tranquility provided by the soothing flow of the river. This 192 sq. ft. cabin is very basic. There is no shower, but there is a portable toilet with a wash station located outside. We do provide a full 5-gallon water cooler for drinking since there is no running water. For cooking there is a 24" Blackstone 2-burner griddle, and small propane cans are provided. Also, the cabin is furnished with a small supply of pots and pans. There is a battery that provides lighting, and phone charging is available in the cabin. During the cooler months, there is a small wood stove for heating, and firewood is provided. The cabin sleeps 2, but there is room for a camper and/or tents. This campsite is meant to be very simple, so you should plan on bringing whatever you may need/want for camping.

If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers. Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty. ꕥ The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. There are two family homes on the property with people who truly admire this land we have been given so we do ask you to respect our process in this adjustment, as we miss our grandparents and parents who have worked their entire lives for us to be here. This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres. There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit. Complimentary 2 bundles of firewood, BBQ, table, chairs to use are available. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We ask if the ground is wet you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideaway. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get quite a bit of barking from the dogs to the east. I just want to be honest and warn you. Those east dogs don't like other dogs for some reason.

Bamboo Forest Campsite

Welcome to the Bamboo Forest at Parker Learning Gardens! We are a nonprofit educational 33-acre farm located 10 miles north of Eugene, Oregon, right between the small towns of Coburg and Harrisburg. Our campsites are located at our 3+ acre Bamboo Forest, with covered platforms located alongside and underneath the canopy of our whimsical corridor of huge Linden Trees. The campsites have access to a wood-fired earthen cob oven, an outdoor kitchen sink, and a covered eating/cooking space. There are over 40 varieties of bamboo in our densely-packed 35-year-old Bamboo Forest. You are welcome to explore this unique forest by navigating through our meandering trail system. Elsewhere on the farm we have over 500 fruit trees, many farm animals, and 12 demonstration gardens. We offer seasonal educational programming from Spring-Fall, with various community classes, workshops and field trips for schools. The mission of Parker Learning Gardens involves immersing people of all ages in nature while demonstrating how to: grow food organically, tend to the land from an ecological perspective, incorporate animals in a regenerative way, and be conscious environmental stewards. If you are interested, there may be an option for a private educational tour for an additional fee (dependent on timing and availability). Otherwise, your stay will be private with open access to the trail system of our Bamboo Forest and huge Linden Tree Grove (approximately 5 acres of of beautiful wondering space to explore and unwind). We are about 5 miles from the I-5 exit in Coburg. The farm is located in the old floodplain of the Willamette River, with close access to places to swim just a short car drive away. There are amazing hikes within 30 minutes, and many family and youth activities/opportunities nearby (check the Eugene weekly event calendar).

Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get quite a bit of barking from the dogs to the east. I just want to be honest and warn you. Those east dogs don't like other dogs for some reason.

This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship. In 2007 we planted 200 tree's and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on July 1-4th. You won't be disappointed for a great breakfast at Tammy D's (Mulino, OR), sandwiches at Humble Pig or pizza at Bear Creek Pizza & Pub.

The location is central and half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more… Such as the Carlton public pool. If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers. Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty. ꕥ The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. There are two family homes on the property with people who truly admire this land we have been given so we do ask you to respect our process in this adjustment, as we miss our grandparents and parents who have worked their entire lives for us to be here. With the work of these past couple seasons, and thanks to our fellow campers, we have been able to lay more gravel, get a more fluid bathroom situation established, and have purchased a 20ft stargazing tent that is in the works of being listed this season!
