Beautiful location. Thoughtfully set up for visitors. Everything was super clean and as described. Hosts were friendly but not intrusive. You can tell a lot of hard work and love went into the place.

As a solo female traveler I have found that there are some hipcamps that are perfectly safe, but still give give you slight unease. This is NOT one of those places!! It's beautiful, safe, and super easy to navigate day or night! Highly recommend:)

I loved camping at Bonnie and Chris's ranch! The property is beautiful, I especially liked the cypress trees and creek running near our campsite. Lots of cute animals, friendly cats and dogs around as well. Would definitely camp here again.

Weekend Trip to Peace on Earth

Peace on Earth offered the relaxation I craved on my solo weekend getaway. Brian was a friendly host who texted to check in when I was getting close to arriving; he was waiting for me when I arrived. He carefully showed me around the cabin he'd built and made sure I felt at home. It's clear that a lot of care went into crafting this beautiful wood cabin. The bed alcove, surrounded by windows with views of trees, offered an ideal place to journal or read. I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you!

This was a perfect change of pace from city life! Great balance of amenities in the cabin versus solitude of the woods. The host was super nice and made sure I knew how everything worked before leaving me alone for the weekend. My dog also had such a happy time running around the property and relaxing in the cabin. Weekend Trip to Bay Point Landing

I enjoyed visiting Bay Point Landing with my partner! It was a relaxing visit on the Oregon coast. The Timber Haus cabin was spacious, especially for just 2. The space was generally clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. A note that all of the Timber Haus cabins do not have a waterfront view, so bear that in mind when booking.

Weekend Trip to Peace on Earth

The space was quiet and cozy, I was really happy with the dishes and utensils provided. I was able to make posole from scratch on just the provided dishes (it was delicious!). The shower was GREAT, the incinerating toilet was a fun novelty, super simple to use. I was nervous about it but it was one of the better “off grid” bathroom solutions I’ve used. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I just felt totally at peace not to mention the privacy provided by the hosts was just really much needed. We will be coming back!

We loved staying at Ruby's Cabin, best cabin hands down I've ever stayed at! It had all the amenities you could think of to help make your stay the best it could possibly be. We visited during the winter time in February and even though it was cold outside we stayed nice and warm in the cabin with the wood stove. We cannot wait to come back here in the summer time!

The glamping resort was luxurious with a clean and beautiful pool and gym. The Airstream rental we stayed in was clean and well equipped for all our needs. I would recommend Bay Point to all my friends looking for an OR rental close to all the fun the coast has to offer.

Weekend Trip to Cornerstone Ranch

This was an amazing camping spot! We went in January and had the whole place to ourselves. The host immediately greeted us and got us situated when we arrived. The property is gorgeous and getting to wake up in the morning to the sounds of neighs from the horses was amazing. It was a short 10 min drive to Gold Beach and fantastic spot to be based to explore the area from. The ranch itself was beautiful and the trees and open area made it feel very calm. The sound of the creek really added to the tranquility! I would absolutely camp here again!

Weekend Trip to Fern Haus

This place is awsome! The host was very friendly and the place was easy to find. The place has so many awsome qualities we will definitely be back. We came on a cold weekend and they made sure we were able to n stay warm. We had an awsome heated blanket wood stove and propane buddy incase fire went out overnight. The place had water and coffee. A fridge n microwave. Really everything but a grill. The bathroom was dare I say remarkably clean and did not smell bad. Felt just like a bathroom but colder lol. The property is awsome. Secluded feeling. There is a river and alot of places to explore. The tent site look very nice as well but we're taken down for the season. They place all together 11 out of 10:) really nothing bad to say about it besides maybe add more lights to find the bathroom at night. But there were lanterns provided. Thank you guys for such an awsome experience we will be back 100% :).

3 nights at Ruby’s Cabin

The hosts exceeded all expectations. We overpacked, unknowingly. My partner also says he still can't believe how perfect it was. Dont change a thing! We saw the Salmon Creek falls despite the weather mid December. The woodstove does the job in keeping things toasty. The outside kitchen has all the cookware you're going to need. The outhouse is so nice and has a great handwashing station. The cabin is stocked with first aid, extra blankets, kids toys, alcohol markers, crayons, color pencils, board games, etc. Outside there is croquet, bocce balls, giant jenga, a Whipple ball, a fire pit... I can't name everything and how great this place was. Not to mention the DETAILS... the art work, the craftsmanship of the cabin itself. 11/10. Can't wait to come back this summer!

Great for large gatherings of friends or family who enjoy camping. Fire pit and bar-b-que provided, pavilion for shelter at fire pit area is in the process of construction. Mountain bike/hiking trails run throughout property as well as National forest trails within a few miles. North Fork River swimming 10 minutes away. Golf course across Westoak Rd. Sit on the porch and enjoy the solitude only minutes from Oakridge. Grocery store, etc... all available in Oakridge. Beautiful, safe and secluded. Elk, deer, and other forest critters live here too. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you at "Marchmont Farm". Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. The large Yurt Tent about a 20 foot oval. It is part of the Cornerstone Ranch Hip Camp family of sites on the Ranch totaling 7. In a very quiet part of the campgrounds and having a picnic table under a large pine. We have added 2 twin memory foam mattresses and two camping mattresses in the Yurt along with a few other things to make your stay comfortable while still enjoying the Ranch, Coast and the Rogue River and all it has to offer. The ranch also offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie the Host! She has tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about her guests! Would recommend!"
