Powder Creek Ranch is 362 acres, nestled into a valley, surrounded by forest in the Oregon Coast Range. The campground is in a secluded meadow next to Powder Creek, a pristine year round stream, perfect for wading and playing in. If you're looking to unplug and escape from the chaos of city life, we are all about peace and quiet and connecting with nature. Each of our 13 large campsites offers access to the creek, a picnic table and campfire ring. All sites accommodate RVs as well as tent camping. One of the campsites is next to the beaver pond, where you're likely to see a variety of wildlife. Our property also has 1/2 mile of Nestucca River frontage where you can swim or fish, whichever floats your boat. Niagara Creek/Pheasant Creek falls is a nearby hiking trail and there are roads as well as deer and elk trails to explore all over the ranch. If you feel like venturing further, the beach is 23 miles away in Pacific City. We also offer pasture raised pork for sale. A variety of sausages (breakfast, chorizo, Italian, Bratwurst and French Garlic links) and pork chops.

Batwater Station on Columbia River

Batwater Station is located halfway between Portland and the Oregon Coast on the Columbia River. A private refuge where river otter, beaver, mink, muskrat, seals, raccoons along with threatened Columbia river white tailed deer can be seen. Property has 1,000 feet of boat docks, river deck, and pier. At the pier is a full kitchen, heated bathroom and shower room. Included are 2 outhouses, a fire pit for summer months, a viewing station overlooking the wetlands along with brick charcoal fired barbecue and another propane barbecue. We are committed to your privacy so guests are limited and spread out. High speed internet through out the property. Batwater worked with several agencies when we breeched a levee and flooded 26 acres for salmon and wildlife habitat. Hike along the wetlands and see beaver dams and dens. Batwater is also home for many types of birds including eagles, osprey, tree swallow, purple martins, barn swallows, wood ducks, common and hooded mergansers, mallards, scoots, scaups, grebes, cormorants, great egrets, blue herons, geese and many types of song birds . In the spring and summer see our returning osprey who have. nested on our dock since 2013. There are now 2 osprey platform since a pair of Canada geese choose that as their nesting site as well. Some bald eagles winter here but we have our resident bald eagles Hep and Hope. They arrived in 2003 to start their nest on Crims Island. They still nest there although there old nest tree collapsed in 2020. Many birds migrate here for the winter. Common mammals are river otter, mink, muskrat, raccoons, nutria, coyotes, black tailed and threatened Colombia White Tailed deer. We also are home to native turtles and frogs. Batwater is a working farm with cattle feeding on lush pastures, 2 retired horses and chickens. When eggs are available, we will share some with you. Batwater is a great place to kayak, canoe, paddle board or row during the summer months. We have windy afternoons for windsurfers or sailors. The Columbia River is well known for salmon, and sturgeon. For an extra fee you can moor your larger boat while visiting. There are a volley ball and badminton set ups along with horse shoes during the summer months. We suggest swimming during the summer months when the tide is coming in or slack. You can also walk or drive down to Mayger beach which is popular with locals. There are sandy beaches on Crims island that you can paddle over too. Check out the pictures for more information.

Ohh Ship Beach Camp is located on Puget Island in the middle of the Columbia River. When you book a stay here, you get TWO large RV parking spots, both with 30A power and a shared water hookup. Both spots are on level ground with gravel pads and plenty of room to pull in or back in your vehicles. Tent campers are welcome; however, there are no bathroom amenities at my site, so guests must be self-contained. You'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, a large picnic table, and a large fire pit with seating. When you purchase firewood, it will be in the firewood holder when you arrive. Contact me directly for rates for large groups (more than 10 people or two vehicles). Walk, run, or ride bikes on the flat roads on the Island. Swim, fish, boat, kayak, or jet ski on the Columbia River. The boat launch and septic dump are located a few miles away at the Cathlamet Marina (there are public restrooms there). The town of Cathlamet has many local spots to eat and drink, including River Mile 38 Brewing Company, Maria's Place (Mexican), The Spar (American), Patty Cakes (Coffee), The Cottage Bread and Breakfast, and many more. Enjoy yourself while you watch the ships go by.....it's the ultimate relaxing spot on the beach!

My partner and I were lucky enough to purchase it in Oct 2020 and our goal is to bring it to its original beauty and charm with the most up to date amenities. Long Beach Peninsula has been a family vacation destination for a long time and there's so much fun to be had on every inch of land! Located centrally between Leadbetter Point and Cape Disappointment, we have 16 full hookup RV sites (30 amp power/water/septic/Wifi) close enough to enjoy the fun of Long Beach and Ocean Park, but far enough to retreat to your camp for quiet and relaxation. Hang out in the rec room or at a fire pit, play horseshoes or bocce ball with family, or take a short walk down our dune path to watch the sun set on the ocean.

Our fully fenced and secure backyard is available to friendly and non destructive dogs for an additional fee. Three minute walk to a couple of grocery stores. We're a friendly married couple with a 16 year old son. Could most likely help you out with most anything you didn't bring! Bicycles, skate boards, surfboards, just ask. We're 1/2 mile from Seaside skate park.

The property is a flat beachfront with 200ft Columbia river frontage located on Puget Island in Cathlamet, Washington with panoramic views. 30 or 50 amp hookups. Campers can enjoy private access to beach and privacy during their stay. The island was named for Peter Puget, a lieutenant in the Vancouver Expedition of exploration, which first mapped the island in 1792. Puget Island's Robert W. Little Preserve is home to a population of endangered Columbian white-tailed deer. You can walk the beach, kayak the Columbia River, or ride bikes on miles of flat Puget Island roads. There's also hiking, swimming in the Columbia on our beach, fishing, wild life viewing that entails many bird species (hawks, eagles, white tail deer). Long Beach on the Pacific ocean is 1 hour away. During your stay, you'll even see ships cruise by very closely. The property has easily accessible no matter the size of your RV and there's plenty of room to park multiple vehicles. Lou's Beach Hangout

Huge property on 3 lots. There are only 2 RV spaces, and they both fit Class B and C RV's. Comes with water and 50 volt electrical hookup, so you will need a converter if you need 30 volt. We do not have a sewer hook up, so you won't have access to dump your tank on the property. We are 1 1/2 block from the Bay and a 5 minute drive to the Ocean. You also have access to a BBQ, picnic table, fish cleaning station and Fire pit. You can run around the yard space and play if you have kids. When the burn ban isn't in effect I will provide enough firewood and kindling for a nice sized fire and you can bring more wood, or purchase it up at Jack's. I also don't provide garbage service. I take my recycling up 6 blocks and dispose of it free of charge at the corner of Sandridge and Bay Ave. I also dump my garbage up at Jack's. It costs $2 for a small bag of garbage, $4 for a kitchen sized trash bag and $6 for a lawn sized bag.

The land also has an incredible variety of mushrooms, mostly non-edible though, and ferns and mosses.
