Cutest trip! Loved the tiny home very peaceful. Doug and Lisa were very generous and gave us a flashlight, newspapers, a lighter, fire starter, and made us cookies! There are some nice trails for you to explore on the property and beautiful artwork all throughout. A must visit!

We had a great weekend camping at the unique setting of Fairfield Farm. Bill and Erin were wonderful hosts. The farm fresh eggs they offer are great and the option of unlimited firewood takes the guesswork out of the equation. The grass airstrip with an old plane at the edge of the field with the mountains in the background make for great photos. We definitely recommend staying here, it’s peaceful and serene.

Treehouse is cozy even when it’s way below freezing! Come enjoy!!

We loved our stay in the treehouse. It was a pretty cold night and we stayed plenty warm. The farm is beautiful, Erin and Bill were so sweet and helpful and super responsive. We felt very welcome and hope to come back soon!

The area was beautiful. Swatara Park has great hiking trails. Bathroom was very clean and heated (just a short walk down a hill). Plane definitely just for photos. Owners were very kind and accommodating to requests.

Fantastic ! My partner and I just did a little 1 night stay here to get out of the city and it was so perfect. Beautiful property and Erin and will are incredibly helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend the unlimited package if it’s a cold night - we got a crap ton of firewood and used almost all of it as it was around 20 degrees. The hot tub was great, the views even better! Perfect for a peaceful little getaway. Will absolutely be coming back. Thanks Erin and Will!

5 nights at Fairview Farms Airfield

The entire experience was amazing! Extremely accommodating and helpful! One of my favorite spots! Thank you for allowing me to stay the weekend!

The views are beautiful, the farm is quiet, the animals are very happy and well taken care of. We loved walking around the farm and bonding with the animals. Please do plan accordingly because there is only one bathroom for everyone. No showers unless you stay at two cabins that have everything. We have a 33ft travel trailer so, not having access to a shower on the property wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a great experience, our first time staying at a farm and won't be the last!

3 nights at Fairview Farms Airfield

I love staying at Fairview Farms! The hosts always provide excellent service and really care about their visitors. They make sure that you have a great stay. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time was at the airplane site. My family and I had such a great time! Was such a different campsite than we’ve ever been to. Better than the ordinary campground site. Over the past few days, we’ve been camping at the rustic tent site. We loved the wood burning stove and the cool family-size tent. Offers beautiful views, thousands of stars at night, fresh country air and tons of family memories. Have been recommending to all of my friends. My family can’t wait to go back! Thanks Bill and Erin!

Weekend Trip to River Mountain Outdoors

Great stay! Perfect combination of camping and comfort. Owner was really nice and helpful. Will be staying again!

It was easy to find, and beautiful, once it stoped raining! I’m definitely going to go back and camp again sadly I didn’t have time to make a fire but the owners meet me at the entrance and showed me were the campground was! Can’t wait to go back!

My partner and I stayed here to watch a meteor shower, and we had the best time! Bill met us on the drive in and showed us to our spot. He helpfully suggested that we get the unlimited wood upgrade, which ended up being exactly what we needed. It got down to 14 degrees at night and we still stayed toasty with the stove. The full bed was very comfortable for two, and could fit our two sleeping bags easily. The views were incredible and the sky was clear enough that we saw so many meteors. The bathroom was clean and warm, and a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

Another great camp at Fairview! Me and my dog really enjoyed the rustic tent, such an awesome spot with a great view! I camp at Bill & Erin's property a lot, they treat you right and I highly recommend them!
