Located in Victoria Virginia, the farm is less than an hour to Richmond, 45 minutes to Farmville, and 45 minutes from John Kerr reservoir (on the boarder of NC). We are pet friendly, and the property is completely fenced. Enjoy free unlicensed fishing on property in our pond, stocked with catfish and bluegills, or let the pups swim away the summer heat. Enjoy a walk on the nearby Tobacco Trail, fish at one of the many nearby rivers and lakes or swim in our above ground pool. Roast marshmallows over a fire and stargaze or catch fireflies all night. All site have access to a portable compost toilet, and we can provide water for the sun showers. Small kitchen sink with hot water and a 7 gallon water tank underneath the sink that you will need to empty if full. *Bus Bathroom* There is a Nature’s Head composting toilet, with instructions included, and please only use the bus bathroom for urinating only. *Main House Full Bathroom* You have access to a full bathroom, shower, and laundry in a side door of the main house. If you prefer convenience over adventure and are not comfortable with a short walk (approximately 150 feet) to use the bathroom facilities, this may not be the ideal booking for you. The owners of the house also use this space for laundry, but it is closed off from the rest of the house to ensure privacy. *Heating/Cooling* Portable A/C unit on bus. Well it’s here. I’m Located in Wakefield Virginia. If you’re traveling to Virginia Beach I’m one hour away. From my farm there is a free ferry in Scotland where the ferry departs to Williamsburg just 30 minutes. At my farm I have 5 sites for tent/camping so it’s spaced appropriately apart I have 2 Rv sites totally away for their privacy and a new mini house also properly spaced away. All have a clean picnic table and a fire pit. 100 feet away you’ll find that clean bathroom, shower and a wash station for hygiene. You’ll see the love I put into this and because I love it and my prior guests love it, which means it may be right for you also. In the town of Wakefield you’ll find gas stations, dollar stores, a Value food market and if you want (to go) food we have that also. Plus it’s home to The Virginia Diner. Amenities include toilet access, a shower, trash disposal, picnic tables, and potable water. Pets are allowed, as are campfires.

If you are looking for a secluded, quiet camping experience, these remote sites are exactly what you are looking for. Located on over 100 acres of forest and working farm. Just down the road from historic Smithfield, Surry, Jamestown, and a ferry across to Williamsburg. Enjoy the peaceful quiet of camping on the farm. The wild blackberries are coming into season and the nightly fire fly show is amazing. Tons of sunflowers and other wildflowers have been planted and will be in full bloom during July/August.
