322 acres that was cut down in 2020. We are growing over 150,000 trees on it now with plans to line the 1.5 mile driveway with Japanese Cherry Blossoms from DC (Yoshino, Kwanzan, Weeping, Okame, Higan, Akebono, Snow Geese). The mountain starts at 600 feet elevation and climbs to 1600 feet. Very peaceful and remote yet you can see Seattle and Mt Rainer. As I will spend over $60k a year fighting blackberry, cottonwood, red alder, and elk damage to get our forest established in the next few years, your contribution by staying here will 100% assist with helping the trees. There are 9 different secluded campsites on the mountain. All the sites can be used to host parties of up to 150 people (we have done it several times). The issue to consider is traffic. For large parties, we ask most people (usually car people) to park below on Green River Gorge Rd (there is a large county pull off) and then load into the back of trucks for the drive up the mountain. It is a one lane road, so it could get congested if 100 cars drove up it. One retirement party rented a bus for running people up and down and a porta potty at their site for guests. I am very happy to assist with party planning and setup if you have a wedding or retirement or business party. (or anything else) Boy and Girl Scout troops and Explorer scout units are welcome to camp free (when doing unit camping and in uniform). Site 4 would be best for large troops. Hip camp gets people the property entrance great, but the coordinates to the driveway entrance are 47 19’15.7”N 121 58’05.6”W or 47.321039, -121.968225 should you want them. The gate has a hipcamp sign on it but it is hard to see if the gate happens to be open. Franklin Ghost town is 2.5 miles (or 2.5 minutes southwest at 60 mph) from the entrance to Aquaman Mtn. If you are trying to find my gate and you end up in Franklin, you need to turn around and drive back 2.5 miles on Green River Gorge Road. When you see the large pull-off section on the right (North), my gate is 100 yards past that on the left (South) of the road.

Campsite 3- Remote
Very Steep and Rough Terrain
Remote area, far away from any other sites. Follow the coordinates given in the description not the Hipcamp address, it’s super easy to miss the entrance. Definitely not big rig friendly as it’s on a steep unmaintained mountain, was towing a 20 ft travel trailer and it was beyond tight to turn around as you’re cliff side and the lane is a one way. We unfortunately damaged our rig in the process, learn from our mistake! More suitable for tent camping than anything. Last minute spot close enough to get in and out of Seattle.

Campsite 5- Amazing views- Mtn Top
Just what we needed. The quiet and nature surrounds you. While we have an RV, it was like tent camping sort of (had a bathroom and lights). Anyway sitting around the camp fire with our 4 dogs unleashed was wonderful, had great conversations.

Campsite 4- Holds Most Vehicles
I cannot say enough good things about Aquaman -- both the mountain and the host! We needed something hyper local to the South King County area, and this was even better than I dared hope! The host graciously allowed us to "scout" the sites before booking. There isn't any tree cover so we made sure to bright some pop up tents and were quite comfortable in that shade. The site was peaceful, private, and safe; plus it fit everyone! (4 trailers, 4 tents, plus vehicles.) It feels remote, with good access to outdoor recreation areas (state parks, etc) yet is close to amenities if needed. The views were incredible. Not only were we treated to gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, but we got incredibly blessed with seeing the Northern Lights as well! Magic. We would happily stay here again.

Campsite 7- Very Remote
12 out of 10, highly recommend!
Beautiful views... incredible property. Aquaman is quick to respond to messages. The only thing was 2 nights in a row someone was flying a drone right above our tent... kind of creepy... but that had nothing to do with him or the property! We loved it and we'll definitely be back! Thank you the hospitality Aquaman!

Great views
We loved our stay here.. had a small trailer and backed it up, but it wasn’t too hard and was well worth it. The campsite was an amazing experience!
