Description

The 34 campsites are divided between two sections: old and new, each with benefits. The old section’s sites are remarkably private thanks to plenty of trees and shrubs separating sites; we recommend these spots for tent campers (they fit 2-3 tents). The new loop has onsite sewer and 50-amp electricity; this section is best for RVs (40ft. or shorter). All sites have water, electric, and access to bathrooms with hot showers and are right next to Western Lake and the sand dunes. We think these sites are outstanding, but if you’re feeling fancy then go for one of the 30 cabins, complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, linens, porch with grill, and heating and cooling.

The cabins are more like nice little homes with a full kitchen and plenty of space.

We camped here in October and it was cold! Bring a warm sleeping bag! The beach is super close and always beautiful.
