This campsite offers a quiet, remote experience, perfect for those who enjoy solitude and stunning desert views. Many guests appreciated the peaceful setting, beautiful sunsets, and responsive host. However, some reviews noted maintenance issues, such as spiderwebs in the bathroom and trash around the area. Despite these drawbacks, most campers found it a satisfactory stopover with easy access and a chance to enjoy nature.
It was a good spot to stay the night.
I will probably stay there again when in PHX.
The camp itself needs some maintenance but the toilet was fine and the camp did not hinder my stay. Thanks!!
This was the perfect site for us! It may not be for everyone but we love being by ourselves but close enough to keep moving on our road trip in the morning. We enjoyed an awesome sunset, spanning views, a nice campfire by ourselves and a quiet night. In the morning our boys got to run around before getting into the car again. The toilet is a very basic composting toilet, which we are fine with. We also have self-contained everything else so didn’t use any of the other facilities. We had the camp to ourselves but it might be crowded if someone else was booked at the same time.
Thanks for hosting, we’d definitely pass back through if we take the same route sometime!
Could be a very great place to stay, just needed a little upkeep as the bathroom had been over run with spiderwebs, and broken glass all over the lot. The tent posted looks to be very weathered and exposed to the elements.
LOVED this place. This was my last stop on a cross-country truck-camping trip from VA to CA and this was my fave spot by far. Beautiful drive out, and fantastic setting once there. David answered his phone and helped me out immediately with a question I had, too. Great experience👍🏻
