Area is right off of highway 101 so it is easy to find. Can’t hear traffic or anything. Quiet and nice. There are a ton of campsites really close to each other so it wasn’t private but it was quiet and nice and clean. the showers were down when we were visiting and they didn’t discount our stay for that even though that was one of the main reasons we reserved a spot at a campsite like this. I didn’t realize this well enough when booking, but You aren’t going to be super close to many of the well known trails for the redwoods including the ave of the giants, so if that’s why you’re staying here maybe look for something further south.

Easy access from the highway and easy check in. Plenty of room at the sites and beautiful redwood scenery. Some sites are wooded for more seclusion or privacy. We would definitely stay again!

I was looking forward to staying here but they cancelled about a week out for construction on the bath house.

The camp didn't inform us until after we had planned and booked our trip to tell us that the bathrooms would be closed during our stay.
