Joanie is super friendly - the spot is nothing fancy just a shady spot under a giant oak tree. Enjoyed my evening

Site 4 - J's Rancho Relaxo

As others have said, Joanie is a nice host. As others have also said, it's close to a busy road. More importantly, the place is fine but the description is not accurate (misleading). Pictures show a secluded spot in nature. Reality is that you're close to the road, the house and someone's trailer with no privacy at all.
