When you think of clean water, what do you see ? Prepare to be spellbound by the otherworldly colors and lucidity of the wild and scenic Smith River. Enjoy peace and tranquility while swimming in your own exclusive, private swimming hole. You may see four point bucks crossing the river, otters playing along the rocky banks and black bear gorging berry bushes while birds and dragonflys abound. This place is a gem. Enjoy clean, potable water from tap, flat camping in tent or car and usage of a comfortable covered deck porch to observe the true residents: the wildlife. The Smith River is the largest river in CA that flows without a dam upriver. It also flows some of the cleanest, clearest water you will ever see. Mountain views accompany the jade waters of the river which hold a deep fishing/swimming hole. A quiet rural neighborhood near Redwood State Parks, hiking, rafting, and only 15 minutes from the coast. Mostly flat and level land with an extremely short (45 sec) trail to the river flanked by old growth manzanita, cedar, madrone, alder and oak. Private and exclusive swimming hole and a cliffside covered deck allows for tranquility and optimal relaxation.
