The owner of the camp led me into an area to camp that got me stuck and it led to damage on my trailer and vehicle.

Great property.

Beautiful piece of land and very quiet. Wayne was really great and showed us some options of places to camp. Thank yo7 Wayne for your hospitality and letting us stay on your ranch. We’d definitely be back.

Beautiful property, unfortunate dea
22 ft travel trailer
Our host forgot he was hosting a motorcross race on his property, which left us camping with 50+ people with motorcycles. Not exactly what we had planned on. While the property was beautiful, we couldn't really hike in the area since it was taken by the race route. And we were woke up early am with the bikes starting their race at 8 a.m. I left 2 texts and a voice mail announcing our arrival, and our profound confusion. We got to our spot and set up, b4 the host arrived, and he did offer to move us to one of his more secluded areas, more away from the racers, but we had already leveled our trailer and we were already set up. We would have taken him up on his offer had he met us when we arrived. Unfortunate. We certainly would have gone somewhere else had he notified us of his mistake of double booking. Again, unfortunate. But it is a lovely property, we just didn't have an ideal weekend we were hoping for. No offer to refund part of our fees either....

We camped here in the spring and had a nice experience in our camper van. The camp spot was next to a grass pasture where cows were grazing. We had dogs and they didn’t seem to mind the cows and the cows didn’t mind them. They did check us out in curiosity once or twice. Quite and peaceful here, we would come back!
