Complete solitude except the delightful donkeys. The best night sky I have ever seen in Florida. No road noise at all. This is a rare and wonderful hipcamp site. Thank you Wayde for making this available.

Had a great time here! Watched the donkeys play and loved all the space of the orchard. Had all my questions answered and would definitely stay again! Make sure you feed those impressive catfish while you’re there!

Peaceful and beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay at Waydes property. We parked the camper on the hill overlooking the orchards and had beautiful views of the entire property. The donkeys were hysterical. The night skies were so clear and full of stars. Wayde allowed us to use his fire ring and enjoy a fire in front of the camper. The best part was letting the dogs roam around of leash and even swim in the pond!

Quiet, peaceful and secluded
Group trip
Quiet, peaceful and secluded. I felt so connected with nature at this location. Sandy grass style with these awesome donkeys right next to us. I had two dogs with me and they were totally fine with the donkey and their noise. So peaceful and wish I had time to explore more. I'll be back :)

Old Florida laid back retreat
Group trip
We had a delightful stay at Old Florida. We parked/camped up on a grassy knoll near a lookout tower and donkey pen overlooking the orchard. Wayde was extremely helpful to us as we arrived much later than expected. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful Orchards
Wayde was an excellent host , gave us a big space to camp and had a wonderful time observing his donkeys and the view from the look out tower! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get Away and not near a crowd!
