Located close to Hog Waller, Florida Trail Rodman ATV trailhead, and Rev Linter Alley. The property is also close to Georgia Boys Fish Camp and Cheyenne Saloon. Drive to Palatka or Crescent City in 15 minutes. Or you can check out Historic Saint Augustine or fun Flagler Beach within 30 minutes. If you're not into the action, this place is still a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the nature of Florida.Welcome to Old Florida. Where the days move slowly and quietly. The property is on a canal directly off Dunn's Creek at Dunn's Creek Conservation area that leads into the St. John's River. There are several places that can be accessed by motorboat or jet ski.
