New in Fall 2023, this beautiful lake front RV pad has access to Deer Point Lake with a private dock, 2 fishing Kayaks, a charcoal grill, picnic tables, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is 50 amp service for RVs and an additional 50 / 240 volt EV plug for our guests traveling in electric vehicles. The price includes electric, sewage and water hookup as well for you RV or Camper. Additional $15 to have access to the EV charger during your stay. Deer Point lake is known for its big bass and record Shellcrackers so bring your fishing pole, boat or jet ski. Fishing, hunting, birding, kayaking, or boating on the rivers make for great day activities. Relaxing on the lake just steps outside your front door is also a good option. The property is located 20 minutes from Panama City beach, Pier Park, and several other beaches. It is only 15 minutes from Panama City airport, 20 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base, and a 45 minute drive to Seaside and 30A area.Perfect for RVs or Campers. Pull up and enjoy the lake front view and access to the lake. There are 2 fishing Kayaks, multiple charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is a 50 amp / 240 volt EV plug for our guests traveling in electric vehicles, and a 50 amp RV site on the property if you are traveling in an RV. Additional $15 to have access to the EV charger during your stay. Bring your boat or jet skis to explore the lake, or enjoy some great fishing as the lake has very little fishing pressure on it. Fishing, hunting, birding, kayaking, or boating on the rivers make for great day activities. Relaxing on the lake or in the pool just steps outside your front door is also a good option. There is a cottage available for rent on the property as well. If you have additional guests that would like to stay during your visit, please let us know and we will check availability at the cottage for your dates. The cottage is located 25 minutes from Panama City beach, Pier Park, and several other beaches. It is only 20 minutes from Panama City airport, 30 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base, and a 50 minute drive to Seaside and 30A area.

Can’t beat lake front

The lake front view is great with amenities to enjoy including the dock, fire pit and kayaks. The kids really enjoyed hanging feet off the dock. Great early morning fog on the lake. Pics do a good job. Very easy site though we have a RTT rig so the hookups were a great convenience. We will keep it in mind for the future.

Panama City Beach stop.

Great find in Panama City Beach area. We will be back. Great views, very quiet spot. 25 minute drive to beach Hosts easy to work with. Hookup simple. Drove our 34 MH in and was set up in 5 minutes. Five thumbs up

The site itself was a nice gravel pad with full hookup however the views were disappointing after seeing the photos on Hipcamp. The lake was very low and looked marshy rather than being a place for a pleasant kayaking experience . The cottage and RV pad was far nicer than most of the lots in the area. It seems over priced for the area. The host, Grand Sky, was very accommodating when needing to make a change and that was greatly appreciated.

Neat and tidy even after tornadoes in the area. No contact from the owner to check in but we didn’t need it. Expensive for what is not available… nothing without your vehicle. Water front unusable at low tide. However, it was wuiet

Very clean and quiet

Clean and very well organized on beautiful Deer Point Lake. They even offer kayaks but we got there too late. It was the perfect spot to break in a brand new RV
