We have 3 acres right in the middle of town in New Smyrna Beach. It's a quiet setting behind Sacred Heart church, sandwiched between a large open field and the railroad tracks far in back behind trees. We've worked hard to make it a cozy retreat - like setting where people can spend a few nights in an affordable manner just 5 minutes from the beaches and fun New Smyrna Beach attractions. Biking, boating, sunning, fishing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, eating... all within a few minutes of your quiet retreat. Our house is on the property but it's 200 feet away behind trees/bushes. It's a 100 year old house built from the wood of a church in NSB. Lifted up on a Coquina rock wall it is quite unique. There is a large secluded area where your dogs can be run. We have dogs too but there's plenty of room to share.Full RV 50 amp hookup in a quiet neighborhood setting just a short walk from fine dining. Ride bikes to the beach or golf just around the corner. Nice secluded location in a terrific location. Lots of trees - Live Oak and palms. Just a five minute drive or bike ride to historic Canal Street shopping.

Great Stay!
28 ft travel trailer
Craig was a perfect host. He came out, showed us the ropes, gave good advice on bike trails, restaurants, anything we asked about he knew the answer too. Great spot, feels “secluded” but easy biking or short drive to all the great stuff NSB has to offer. Highly recommend.

34 ft travel trailer · With kids
Our first Hipcamp experience and I would say it was a 10/10! Super quiet (besides the train that went by a couple time, but the kids love trains so they had to watch every time :) ) Super secluded! We have a German shepherd that is highly protective but even he got to relax There’s a marine discovery center (free) about 5 min away. The 2nd tallest lighthouse in the country where you can take a tour for about $5 each (20 min drive) Really nice beach community about 10 min away , filled with all types of restaurants, hair salons, bars, art galleries, Nice playground about 2 min drive with an open field (partially gated) for the dog to run. Dollar general at the end of the road for convenience. Best part, to be able to come back after a long day of exploring to our own little oasis!

Winter camping getaway
22 ft travel trailer
Fantastic location a couple miles from the intracoastal waterway, the beach and all it has to offer. Easy access to bike paths, viewing rocket launches, visiting Daytona, or the many fresh springs in Central Florida. Property is close to town but feels very private and secluded, with lush tropical landscaping. Train tracks are nearby but we got used to that pretty quickly. Craig and Lauren are simply wonderful hosts - we will be back again. Thank you!! ☺️

Secluded site Near Beach
16 ft travel trailer
We truly enjoyed our stay! The site is like a state park plus full hookups! And no noisy neighbors! We really enjoyed just sitting outside with our coffee and/or evening beverage - but don't forget the bug spray (it is Florida after all) It was an easy bike ride to the beach - may I suggest you ride to get there for sunrise - it was spectacular. Craig and Lauren were friendly hosts - they made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some excellent suggestions for places to visit. Hoping we get to go back soon.
