Igles Landing section with community pool & tennis plus sports complex with pickle ball, gym, more tennis and another pool. Valhalla resort and spa around the corner All in the city limits of Helen. The space Full 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation house with 3 patios overlooking innsbruck golf course and brook. Stacked stone fireplace granite countertop kitchen, hardwood floors 18 ft. ceilings in main living area and just enough cabin feel to still be open and airy. Guest access Complete use of the full house and lower covered patio for barbecuing and outdoor dining. Other things to note Innsbruck is a gated community. Before your arrival I will need a list of the drivers of all vehicles coming thru the guard gate with the color and make of the vehicle. Example jerry Jones-silver hummer.
