Full RV hookup! It was water, sewer (you will need a longer holes), and 30/50 amp electric (you will also need a longer electrical line). It can fit a 40ft fifth wheel or smaller. You will have full access to the lake if you want. Long term and monthly stays are allowed. Pets are allowed but have to have a collar and get along with other animals.Site 1 is for the larger RV travel trailers up to 40ft. Its on Swan Lake Estates with a beautiful lake view. You will have full access to the lake where you can fish, kayak, or paddle board.
