Welcome to our page! Oak Grove Campsite is a beautiful, private campground near Savannah Ga. The campsite is nestled underneath one of our large oaks completed with plenty of room to roam around. Some of the features include a picnic table, large lighted firepit, hammock, wood swing, etc. We also have swings sets and a few other features for the kiddos. Oak Grove Campsite is located approximately 30 min from downtown Savannah and 40 min from Tybee Island. The site has 30/50 amp and clean water hookups. Steve and his wife were super friendly and Steve offered his help for anything needed. As a Solo traveler, it was especially nice that Steve checked up on me every few days. It was a lovely spot. Easy access for big rigs. Easy straight shot to Savannah in 30 mins. There is free dump station at Camping World in Pooler. Electric, water, garbage and WiFi are included and worked great. Would definitely return if ever in the area!

A perfect spot
What a gem! We had a wonderful time on our visit to Savanna and that was thanks to Steve and his family. We had no problems fitting our 41’ 5th wheel into the spot and it was a wonderful space to relax around the fire in the evening. Steve and his family were wonderful hosts as well. They gave us great suggestions on where to go based on our group and what we were looking to do while in town. We wish we could have stayed longer and this will be the only place we want to stay next time we are in town for sure! Thanks for treating us like family!

Scenic RV site near Savannah, Ga
We had an awesome time at Steve’s campground - one RV (travel trailer) and one tent, plenty of extra space. Super cool firepit set-up under a massive, beautiful tree. On-site friendly kitties, chickens, saw an armadillo & some owls. Really fun time, highly recommend, would absolutely return.

The site was great. Very easy access in and out. Water and electric hook-ups were great. The area with the fire ring is very inviting.

Steve’s place was an exceptionally nice place to camp. It was private and it was very easy to access Savannah. Steve recommended the trolley tour which we did and enjoyed. Waking up to the roosters call was fun and reminded us of our childhoods.
