5 acres with an open yard space and a trail through the forrest leading down to the flowing creek. Park your RV on the gravel bed next to the shop and enjoy the forrest. There is a picnic table in the shade, wifi, potable water, and electric. 10 minutes from downtown Sandpoint, 35 minutes from top of Schweitzer, just 1 mile off the main highway. Very quiet at night, minimal cars going by during the day.Park your RV under the fir trees and watch the evening sunset. Sit and have a quiet dinner at the picnic table or take a little hike down to the creek in the woods. Large gravel parking space with potable water, electric, and internet. The RV spot is not far off the gravel road, which dead ends father up so mostly quiet. We are 10 minutes from downtown Sandpoint and lake Pend Oreille, 40 minutes to the top of Schweitzer Mountain for winter skiing. Sewage dumping available into our large septic tank with your own hose (approx. 30 feet in length needed) or dump station is 20 minutes drive at Fair Grounds.
