Located on Idaho's Salmon River outside Salmon, ID, the Salmon Gypsy B and B and Mini-Donkey Ranch is two acres of heaven. The gypsy wagon is only 2 miles from the famous Goldbug Hot Springs trailhead. Enjoy hiking, rafting, fishing, biking, horseback riding and a visit with our mini-donkeys!
We enjoyed our stay so much!
The world wide internet issue caused the booking to be cancelled through Hipcamp but lennet was so prompt in calming our fears when she called us to tell us she was holding our spot and that our short honeymoon getaway wasn’t actually cancelled.
The breakfast that was provided was not only delicious but stocked in the mini fridge so we would be able to enjoy it whenever we woke up. Not worrying about waking up on time to get breakfast.
The donkeys were adorable and the river right next to our place was such a nice relief during these HOT days we have had.
We will for sure be back again the next time we take a trip from Montana to go to goldbug hot springs.
Thank you!!!
This tent is so romantic and adorable! We went in late-September and were perfectly warm, and slept very comfortably. The breakfast provided by Loretta and Pat was delicious! I would absolutely stay here again.
This place is amazing!!! The owners are very gracious and kind. All of the spots are well appointed and very cute. Free breakfast was wonderfully simple and delicious. Would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Th Glamping Tent was perfect for us. We loved the covered deck. The amenities were great. The tent and tent area were very clean! The donkeys were fun to see along with feeding them and loving them. We saw mule deer, antelope and elk across the highway in the field on a couple of night. Pat was fun to visit with. The coffee cake and bread was delicious.
