Hello RV campers :-)
Welcome to Two Moons Family RV with 2 quiet graveled RV spots nestled on 5 acres of beautiful wooded land with our log cabin which is surrounded by mature Fir and Pine trees. There is water, septic and electric hookups. Guests are responsible for their own amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry, and leash-only pet area. Guests may see deer, turkey, and other wildlife. We are close to the largest theme park in the Northwest, Silverwood Theme Park, located 8 miles north. Close to Hayden Lake, Lake Coeur d' Alene and Lake Pend Oreille. All provide boating, fishing, and beach access for swimming. Fuel and convenience store 1 mile away. English Point (US Forest Service Hiking trails close by). Winter activities include skiing at Schweitzer or Silver Mt within an hour drive. The resort town of Coeur d'Alene has great shopping and fine dining. DIRECTIONS: We are 10.3 miles north of I-90 off of Hwy 95 taking the Garwood / Rathdrum exit then proceed to E. Grand Tour Drive and pass the first entrance with the mailbox and turn left (east) into the gravel entrance. There is room to back into the RV spots once you come into the property.
Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Two Moons. The property is an oasis in the evergreen forest. We saw LOTS of turkeys and deer. It's not by a busy road so it's very quiet and feels secluded. Suzanne made our stay comfortable and warmly welcomed us onto her beautiful property. The actual RV spots are very level and easy to back into. There's a nice picnic table to sit at for meals. The huge evergreen trees surrounding the RV spot allow for some nice shade to keep the RV cool when it's warmer outside. We have a Starlink satellite dish so we can work while we travel. Even with the tall evergreen trees, our Starlink worked just fine (even for video calls). Also, Suzanne has full hookups which all worked perfectly.
The property is conveniently located about 20+ minutes from Coeur d'Alene and less than 40 minutes from Sandpoint. There are several beautiful lakes with great fishing and boating opportunities within 15-40 minutes of this property. Also, there are plenty of hiking trails close by. Our son loves playing at and enjoying the lake beaches. There are several to choose from! Silverwood Theme Park is also a quick 12 minutes away if you're interested in that.
As you may be able to tell, we greatly appreciated and enjoyed our stay at Two Moons Family RV. It couldn't have been better!
Another great stay at Two Moons! Easy and convenient location, well maintained and flat area to park that was easy to back our 26' trailer into! Suzanne's positive, friendly and helpful nature takes Two Moons from great to amazing! Thank you again!
We were just passing through for a night and had a great stay. The property is beautiful and easy to get to. Suzanne was both kind and helpful. Great place to stay!
Fantastic site! Level, great hook ups, nice picnic table with little broom conveniently hanging on a hook to keep it clean, and the host is a great communicator and even helped us park when we arrived in the dark! Super close to silverwood, we would definitely come back!
Close to Highway 95, but still quite. Super clean and well maintained. Suzanne was very nice, came in after dark and she was at the street with a lantern to guide us in.
We stayed only two nights on our way north.
We stayed in a 28' Airstream, plenty of room, all rock drive and site, no dirt roads.
