Humble half acre urban property nestled in trees within 15 mins to downtown Boise and the Boise River/ Greenbelt. You will be surrounded by locust, oak, walnut, fruit trees, seasonal berries and our friendly chickens. RV/Van camping in driveway with access to backyard, fire pit, hammocks, and BBQ. Tent campers are free to find a spot anywhere on the property.We are about 15 mins to downtown Boise & the Boise airport. About 10-15 mins to the Boise River/Boise River Greenbelt and just 5 minutes off the interstate. One of our favorite parts of our property are the mature trees, fruit trees, berry bushes and our friendly chickens. You will have access to our backyard, firepit, outdoor table, extension cord. You are welcome to use our inside half bath as well and laundry (additional cost for laundry). Ideal for Van/Travel Trailer/Car. If you have a tent you are welcome to set up as well. You can back-in/pull-in to our driveway, but under the walnut tree is our backyard is more private, this will probably only work for vans & certain cars. Total length of drive is about 40 feet but CANNOT accommodate Class A or B due to height restrictions of nearby line, class Cs are fine as long as shorter than 10 feet in height total. Message to verify. Message me if interested in tent camping instead, we can accommodate that. We also have a bedroom we rent out inside the house. Wood bundles available for purchase ($5), bikes available for rental and drop off at greenbelt is possible for extra cost. Check out by 11am.

Coffee and Chickens!
Kyle and Bridget are wonderful hosts, and Urban Sanctuary perfectly captures this sweet location--with trees, chickens, and home roasted coffee. Our son loved watching and participating in the coffee roasting and grinding, and our daughter enjoyed running around the kid-friendly yard. A great experience overall, would highly recommend!

This friendly family was so welcoming! We have a midsized truck with a RTT, and we were able to pull into the backyard and camp under a tree next to their chickens. Great shady, green area with access to an indoor half bath.

Great place to stay.
Bridget was a great host! Her place was easy to get to and close to a lot of places. It was nice having a bathroom to use and a place to do laundry and have electricity. She was also a good communicator. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Easy to find and close to amenities (restaurants, etc). Level parking for our van camper in the driveway. Very quiet and felt very safe. Bridget was very welcoming! The bathroom was clean and accessible. Great value overall and would recommend and come back!

Well worth it!
Bridget and Kyle were gracious hosts! They have a really nice back yard with chickens and a fire pit and lots of lovely peonies and berry bushes, etc. It was great for a stop in Boise. Would use this again!

It is so convenient to be able to do a load of laundry at a Hipcamp! Bridget was very communicative and accommodating.
