Our remodeled Farmhouse style Glamper is 15 minutes from Manhattan, KS and 20-25 minutes from Kansas State's Bill Snyder Memorial Football Stadium. Catch a Wildcat's game and then head out to Emmons Creek and relax or cook a campfire supper around the fire pit. In the dog days of summer, cool off at the pool or if it's a crisp autumn day explore the property on the hiking trails. The Glampsite is in a cozy grove of trees above the farm pond. Sorry, there are no fish in the pond...yet! Emmons Creek is within 15-45 minutes of several cute small towns that you won't want to miss exploring. Check out Wamego, Paxico, Alma and St. Marys. Farmhouse style Glamper 20-25 minutes from Kansas State's Bill Snyder Memorial Football Stadium Fire pit hiking trails Above ground pool Glampsite is located in a grove of trees above a farm pond Emmons Creek is within 30 minutes of several cute small towns that you won't want to miss exploring.Our newly remodeled Farmhouse Style Glamper is nestled in a grove of trees above the farm pond. A fire pit (available according to burn conditions in Wabunsee County) and picnic area are available. The above ground pool is a 2 minute walk down the hay meadow path. If your group is larger than 6 people, you may request a 2 person tent ($50 per stay) or hang your hammocks in the trees around the site. Each adult (13 and older) over the 6 person site fee is $15 per night and each child (12 and under) is $5 per night. The Glamper trailer has a bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) and kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink (non potable water)). Electricity is run by a small generator (first tank of gas is included with booking price. Additional fuel is at guests' expense). A 250 gallon water tank is included in booking price and each additional tank refill brought in is $20 per tank.

Firewood provided, firepit, private. Guests must check Wabunsee County fire advisory and abide by daily guidelines.

Toilet available

Flush toilet. Travel trailer toilet is flushable but NOTHING but waste goes in the toilet. Toilet paper and another waste goes in the trash can.

Pets allowed

On leash. We have a farm dog up at the house, so we request the you leash your pets.
