Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We are a motel but we have beautiful fields around us with trees and The Stratton Brook. You can have mountains views, too. A beautiful spot with lots to do in our surrounding area. We offer continental breakfast and Maine roasted coffee in the morning, too, if you’re interested. We also have a bathroom/show available for an extra fee.You can pull into our large, motel parking lot and then walk down the field to the Brook site. You can choose to be near the trees, the Brook, or closer to middle of the field. We will have a fire pit provided for guest use. We do have a guest bathroom/shower for an extra fee, as well as, coffee and continental breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! We camped for the solar eclipse and it couldn't have been a better experience. They had fire rings and chairs set up in the field, and for a small extra charge, we could use the indoor kitchen facilities and bathroom (which was a bonus since we were camping in the snow and had a place to warm up). Everyone who works there is super friendly. It's also in a pretty area, very convenient to Sugarloaf and hiking trails. 100% recommend!

Great trip!

We booked a site for the 2024 Total Eclipse - we really wanted a space that would allow our family and friends to enjoy the day. Lee'ann was great to work with and accommodating. The camp sites and the Spillover Motel are definitely at the top of the list for our next trip to the area.

Loved the convenience of this spot and the great communication from the host. We had a great night stargazing and the location made it easy to get packed up and on the way to the mountains the next morning.
