Deer Mountain! Conveniently located near Antietam Battlefield, Appalachia Trail, Historic Shepherdstown, WV and so much more! Hike or catch a ride on a UTV to the middle of the mountain where it’s just woods, a tipi, wildlife and you!! Altho, set up for a complete glamping experience, you can rough it and cook on woodstove or campfire oR set up with the Chef what satiates your palate in the woods! We own a slice of the mountain, from top to bottom. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere and can pick your campsite. We are in the process of building an off grid cabin, as well! . A herd of about 30 deer live on Deer Mountain, wild turkeys and so much more! There is so much to do locally. Just off the AT & Antietam Battlefield, your best bet is contacting the host. There will be an outdoor shower and an outhouse coming soon. Taking reservations starting in July 2024.
