Prime & Private RV/Camper Pad
Absolutely loved this place! Full hookup in the middle of the woods, and on the river!
We have a travel trailer and can never find that ‘perfect’ spot. Campgrounds are nice but too crowded with neighbors right next to you.
This was literally like owning up north property and camping on it. 100% will go back!
Prime & Private RV/Camper Pad
Private Paradise...not actually
The view of the Manistee river was really beautiful. Sitting at dusk with a fire roaring and looking at the Manistee was awesome. However, we were there during the weekend so it became a nice location for people watching. The site is near a launch point of the Manistee river so at times a lot of people will float by. Listening to the river at night made up for all the daytime activity. The only real draw back was the site is not setup for full hookup of an RV. There is a small gravel drive that you can back into. Since our dining table is on drivers side we could look out the windows on to the Manistee. The water and electric are 50 feet to the right and the sewer is 50 feet uphill to the left. Luckily the circle drive is close and high enough for gravity to drain the tanks. However, unless you have a least 100 feet of hose it is a dry dump station. All and all we were able to really enjoy our time there even with the little set backs.

Prime & Private RV/Camper Pad
Peaceful slice of Northern Michigan
We loved the location & having the river so close was a big bonus! Tony was very responsive & helpful. We were able to kayak in the Manistee lake nearby and down the manistee river the next day. Definitely recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for relaxation and outdoor adventures! We'll definitely be back!
Prime & Private RV/Camper Pad
Great view and private site
Overall we had a great time! The location of the pad was not ideal for a truck and trailer - backing it in caused the door to not face the campsite.

One Night Stay in Truck Tent
Overall we had a great experience. Unfortunately, the site was closer to a few houses and didn’t feel as private as we expected. The fire pit was great, a suggestion would be to keep the supplied fire wood covered in case of rain. We were higher on the riverbank than expected, but the stairs made access easy. If you have a tent you will be able to camp right on the site. However, if you have a RV, camper or truck tent like us you will have to camp about 50+ feet away from the actual campsite. Having access past the gate would have made this experience even greater. Tony has a beautiful and peaceful property, and besides our suggestions we really enjoyed our time!
