Nestled in a tranquil farmland surrounded by lovely cows and horses, our location offers serenity and convenience. About a 5-minute drive from I-70, our property is ideal for commuters to retreat after a long work day. Our secluded and private camper spots at the back of our property are perfect for extended stays. Site #1 is available for a minimum of 29 nights, while site #2 is available for a minimum of 14 nights. If you are looking for a monthly rate, please message us! Electricity 50AMP, water, and sewage hookups are included in the nightly rate. IMPORTANT NOTE: ➡️ Our pavilion requires a maximum camper height of 11' 3". If your camper is taller than this, YOUR CAMPER WILL NOT FIT! However, if your camper is taller than this, we can make an exception to allow you to park in an uncovered spot on our property; please give us a heads-up so we can plan accordingly. ⬅️ Come and experience the perfect balance of peacefulness and convenience with us! In this tranquil countryside setting, we hope you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Just behind the pavilion, there is a beautiful flower field and garden featuring native Missouri wildflowers. Additionally, there is a walking path with benches and rocking chairs for guests to enjoy. During the summer, we welcome hundreds of monarch butterflies and observe them as they hatch and take flight! Most evenings, you will find friendly chickens roaming around. 10/10! My husband and I are so happy we found this spot to stay the night. We were driving through 1-70 with our camper and needed a place to sleep. It was very convenient and safe. They were so accommodating and friendly. Not to mention it was a beautiful piece of property and waking up with a pond view was a definitely a plus!

Great place to stop on our trip from PA to CO! Farm Land is a beautiful place. We loved it! Super easy with an RV. Just pull in and hook up. Amber and Daniel were excellent hosts! Very nice folks!
