Nestled on 43 acres in the picturesque Potomac Valley, just minutes from Missoula and the famed Blackfoot River, our peaceful retreat offers a unique glamping experience unlike any other. With only 4 sites available, including 2 safari tents and 2 Conestoga Wagons, we invite you to immerse yourself in luxury with our thoughtfully curated accommodations. Each glamping tent features luxurious bedding, electricity, a heater, coffee bar, mini fridge, wine glasses, S'Mores roasting sticks, solar lanterns, heated mattress pads, a picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. Plus, enjoy the convenience of two communal bathrooms with hot showers and flush toilets. Our property, a working hay farm, offers a glimpse into rural life in Montana. During the summer months, you can witness the hay being irrigated, cut, baled, and stacked for winter use. Keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife, including deer, coyotes, herons, eagles, hawks, and sandhill cranes, who also call this property home. Explore the beauty of the Potomac Valley, one of Western Montana's best-kept secrets, with easy access to Missoula's vibrant downtown scene, hiking trails, museums, art galleries, and more. Spend your days floating, kayaking, or trout fishing on the Blackfoot River, or venture to nearby lakes for boating or paddleboarding. Dog-friendly trails at Lubrecht Forest are just a short drive away, while Garnet Ghost Town offers a glimpse into Montana's rich history. Blackfoot - Safari Tent On Farm
My sister and I were blown away by this site. The landscape, hospitality, and overall condition of our tent were amazing. We were greeted with a kind note and treat from Sherry. The bathrooms were so clean and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed some Smores around the bonfire watching the sun set at 9:30pm! Wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re considering this location, BOOK IT. You’ll be happy you did :)

Blackfoot - Safari Tent On Farm
Sherry puts the GLAM in Glamping! We were welcomed with homemade cookies and a biscuit for my dog! Her sites are gorgeous, outfitted with a bed heater and space heater in the Blackfoot Tent, dry firewood, gas grill top, kitchen supplies and sink for washing. The property was well maintained and my dog loved exploring off-leash! I only wish we had time to stay longer!

Sherry cultured such an incredible experience! From making you feel like you were coming home with her hospitality, to providing such a clean and neat space and experience. Everything about camping here was a remarkable experience. We will be coming back!

Amazing stay
Sherry’s Hipcamp was one of the nicest spots I’ve stayed at for an amazing price. I absolutely loved the heated mattress and heater in the tent and how Sherry went above and beyond with the details. Arriving on site to baked cookies, local brews, and warm muffins in the morning was the icing on top of the cake for this stay. The whole place was very clean, appeared very new, and was a nice semi-private spot with 3 other tents. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be returning!
