Deans place was a great campsite and he was an easy host that let you have total privacy . The river was perfect for swimming. There was plenty of flat space to camp and grass was all mown . The portaloo was clean and made camping easier .
We would highly recommend and we will definitely be back such a lovely spot .
Thanks Bruce for another great stay. We had a nice sunny window of weather and the river water temperature was fairly warm considering the recent rain. Well maintained. Beautiful peaceful spot. See you again. Dan
We loved this camp site it was absolutely heaven and Dean the host is great and super helpful. The site was superb - a perfectly flat mowed area in a beautiful grove of trees by some little rapids. Dean provides a large bbq with a hob which means you can leave your cooking gear at home if you wish and a very clean porta loo which was a huge luxury and very much appreciated. The rope swing into the river was a huge hit for the kids. We used SUP’s and a kayak/inflatables to paddle up river to get to the swing and spent every day there for hours. Endless fun. It’s a stunning beautifully property with a magnificent river with wide deep swimming holes where you can have a really good swim or fish if you like. We saw lots of jumping fish. Highly recommended.
