This 5-acre parcel was part of a larger 17-acre tract/cow pasture that was for sale in the spring of 2017. We had moved to this beautiful quiet country road the year before after spending 15 years in the hustle and bustle of West Asheville. When our neighbor put the land up for sale, we jumped at the chance to protect our view (we live across the street) and own another piece of the heaven we have come to call home. This land has a creek running through it, and is in a quiet, rural, residential area that is a mix of newcomers and families who have lived here for generations. The property has a secluded feel to it while being very conveniently located to the wonderful hiking, mountain biking, and trout fishing this area is famous for. We’re also very close to cycle shops, outfitters, groceries, restaurants, etc. We love it here and are excited to develop our plan for this space. We hope you will love it here too.

Beautiful land with lots of space!

Hayden is a great host! She checked in with me when I arrived to give me the lay of the land and made sure I had what I needed. The site was beautiful and peaceful, with lots of space between sites. I would definitely stay here again.

~Secluded Perfection~

Fantastic spot that’s well kept with firewood on site (although I didn’t need a fire). Host is super nice and helpful! Great selection of migratory birds!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed Site 1 at Pisgah Mountain Meadows. It felt very private, the stream was gorgeous, and it was a very relaxing weekend.

Site 4

Great, private location!

Great spot and Hayden was super helpful. If you stay here, site 4 is definately the best one! You go through a cool tree tunnel and have your own private field with a creek. It was like your own oasis. Only downside to warn about is I was woken up before dawn by 2 neighboring properties that both had roosters.. if that matters to you.

Loved our stay at site#4. Very secluded right on the little creek. Grounds are very well kept and bathrooms are super clean. Definitely recommended if you want to explore the Brevard area.

Host is fantastic and the spot was great as well! Had a nice, quiet night reading by the creek. Whole camp was very clean.
