A small homestead on the bank of Abbotts Creek near where it feeds into High Rock Lake. Peace and solitude , but close to the amenities of town. Less than a five minute drive to the grocery store, and less than a fifteen minute drive to uptown Lexington. Public access for kayaks is less than half a mile away. And the view is unbelievable! We have a corn hole board and bags now available for use, as well as a few other yard games. Please let us know if you are interested in using them. The edible landscape is available for you to enjoy. A list of current available items is posted in our greenhouse, as well as baskets for picking and foraging.

Awesome property!!

The land itself is beautiful in the part of the state that it’s in. The standout is the attention to detail thats present. From the details inside the cabin from homemade coffee, all the supplies, wood for outside, wood for the inside stove. All the solar lights to help guide you around, supplies, etc. Outdoor toilet…..5 out of 5, just saying. They even offer services for ice and others if you’ve forgotten. These folks are the real deal, legit either as a single, couple or with kiddos! There is access to the water by kayak easy but creek fishing was a challenge. That would be my only suggestion, highly recommend this property.

Loved staying in a cabin that humbled me to the elements around me! It’s adorable and cozy, Natalie and Darrell have done a fantastic job building their homestead and I feel gracious to take part in it. Don’t miss out on this hidden oasis, but if you book in the coldest part of the year like I did, this couple will definitely check on you to make sure you don’t freeze! Thank you Dancing Pig

This was a great space for a cute overnight stay! I sadly was ill for most of our time there but my partner said the land was beautiful and the hosts were very nice! Would love to return sometime to get the full experience.

Fun tent camping spot!
This was a great spot on some beautiful farm land in Lexington NC. We stayed at the tent camping spot and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The directions were clear and the spot was easy to find. And the hosts were a a super cool couple that we enjoyed getting to meet. I highly recommend this spot! its secluded and much more private than a campground.

Great trip!
We loved staying at the little cabin on Natalie’s land! The views were beautiful, the cabin was clean and cozy & we had a great time. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit again! Highly recommend staying here if you want to disconnect but still be close to any amenities needed.
