Paved flat driveway along a dead-end road in front of my house. Access to water hookup. No Wi-Fi or septic or electric hookups other than a 110 outlet. I also rent out the house on Airbnb if you need extra space or a nice warm shower. The "Mellow Wagon" is a greenhouse in my driveway that has been converted into a shop with antiques, lavender, and other homemade goodies that are for sale!This is a flat spot in the driveway near the house. We offer water hook-ups, but no electric or septic. The home is rented on Airbnb. The home is located at the end of a road. This is the perfect stop over from a long day of driving.

Charming!

What to know before you go: the site is not entirely level so bring leveling blocks and there's not really a lot of outdoor space, so don't plan on setting up a lot of outdoor furniture. The site itself is on a very quiet little street in very quiet small town. The neighborhood is absolutely charming. When I was there, most of the houses had beautiful fall decorations. If you're lucky enough to have clear weather you'll be treated to a night sky full of stars the likes of which most city folk never see. There's no wifi, but I had a solid 5G signal on my Verizon phone. There's an easy place to turn your RV around at the end of the road. There are also some nice options for food, Italian and Mexican, close by.
