Got charged for an additional person despite having the receipt showing I paid the additional person fee on hipcamp

You check in at the bar, which wasn’t clear from the listing but was very easy. Bathrooms and showers are not close to the sites but are well maintained. If I ever come back to do the Grand Canyon again, I would strongly consider coming back
