Deep Creek Camping is a 4WD only campground situated on a quiet farm stay nestled amongst the trees close to the dam. Approximately 15mins north east of Gympie. The terrain is quite hilly and not suitable for large caravans. The dam is there for swimming in the warmer months. Feel free to bring your kayak or paddle board. We have livestock which roam the lands and a couple of dogs. We offer a pet friendly campstay. Definitely a place for relaxing! We have a firepit available at every site to enjoy during those cooler months, ask us about firewood. There is only one toilet available on the campground. During heavy wet weather conditions the campground may be closed. Please contact us before booking your site.

Picturesque and peaceful camping alongside the dam. Stunning views from the top of the site overlooking the dam. Sites are far enough apart to have privacy and offer shade as well as sun. The dam is great for families and dogs. 4WD only access.

We had the most amazing time. Such a tranquil beautiful spot. The kids loved the cows (we named all the ones that came and visited us) and the dam was the best place to be with the heatwave! We will definitely book the same camp spot again, only 2 hours from Brisbane but a world away. The hosts were fantastic, met us at the gate, amazing communication, a little welcome pack for the kids, and lent a hand when we got stuck coming back up the mountain after heavy rain. We booked at the last minute, we arrived late, so many things other hosts may have made difficult were no problem for Jeremy and Amanda. Thank you.

Beautiful secluded 4wd camp on a dam with a view of rolling hills and cows. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed floating around the dam with the ducks and making friends with the cows.
