I live on a gorgeous property with plenty of peace and quiet. I have enough room for 2 large caravans up to 33 ft or 3 smaller sites. Looking for Retirees or grey nomads. My property is 10 mins drive to Tiaro, 10 mins drive to Maryborough and only 45 mins to Hervey At present you will access to tank water. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower. You will need your own toilet and 15 amp power. Fires will be permitted unless total fire ban. Bring your boat. I’m only 50 metres from Mary River The sites are ready to go There will be easy access to my property and once the pool area is finished you will have access to a fully heated pool and spa all year round. There’s also a discount if you stay 7 nights All council approvedI’m looking for retiree’s or gray nomads as my property is beautiful and quiet and you won’t have to deal with busy caravan parks. You can bring your boat and there is plenty of room for parking 1 can offer around 3 spacious sites. I promise you that you will want to come back every year or you won’t want to leave.
