This campsite offers a blend of urban convenience and a touch of wilderness, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious campers seeking proximity to Chattanooga. While some visitors appreciate the ease of access and the rustic charm of the fire pit, others note the occasional city noise and narrow roads. The site is described as a simple and safe spot with plenty of room for tents and easy street parking. However, the surrounding area has mixed reviews regarding its appearance and ambiance.

First time in Tennessee

Great little spot it's less rural than usual. Great for a couple or a single person it's not far from grocery store plenty of fun stuff in the area. Great spot if your passing through and want to just pull up and set up camp. Plenty of DDD (Down,Dead,Detached) kindling and even small firewood. If I had more time I might have picked a more scenic spot. All a good spot you can park right next to site so easy to set up.

Good for the money. Had to get used to the traffic and train noise at first, which was at a distance, but not too distant... A good fire pit was there. Where I parked on the street was about 20 ft. from my tent. Good flat surface since there once was a house there. Overall good 👍.

Good deal.

Exactly as described -- just a piece of land hidden out of the way. We were in our campervan and just pulled in for the night. We felt safe and it was relatively quiet.
