Beautiful Copano Bay waterfront single site with privacy fence and full RV hookups. Definitely more of a glamping experience with level pull through concrete pad with lots of space for setting up your site, fishing, kayaking and enjoying the cool sea breeze right on the water. Picnic table on site and 2 kayaks available for guest to use with easy access in and out of bay. Outdoor shower and fish cleaning station on property. Lots of gorgeous sunsets and fishing off the pier. High speed internet is included. Minutes drive into Rockport. Get away from the crowded RV parks and come enjoy a relaxing, fun and private getaway on the bay. *RV is not included. **Max RV or Fifthwheel lenght is 40ft and Max travel trailer lenght for easy and safe access to property is 35ft. We were here in May 2024 and loved it so much we came back in November. When the wind is low fishing from kayak is great in both May and November. We enjoyed the pier fishing too. Sunsets are Amazing!!!

Excellent place to get away and enjoy Copano bay. We had a great time with the private pier and the nicely landscaped lot. We caught plenty of fish as well. Can’t wait for our next stay there!

We again stayed at Ms Roxy’s BayRock Retreat on Copano Bay (this is our go-to home away from home), and as always, everything was fantastic. The lighted fishing pier is one of the best features, and we had a ball. This trip we caught and released a bunch of speckled trout, and even a small squid and a small ray. Check out the size of the bait shrimp we caught in the cast net.
