Open-field camping, with 360-degree mountain views, in the center of Henley's Orchard farm and cidery in Crozet, Va, at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Orchard and mountain hiking trails available year 'round, and horseback trail rides available by appointment. Access to water, electricity, fire pit, and bathroom facility (no showers). Farm Cidery and orchard products available and seasonal festival activities on certain weekends in spring and fall.Site 1 is in the field at 5185 Jones Mill Rd, Crozet, Va, with beautiful mountain views, day hikes, and lovely star gazing. Great location for base camp with multiple wineries, breweries, distilleries nearby. Lots of local activities and multiple spots for day hikes. Campers park behind the small barn and bathroom facility. The kitchen offers an oven, sink, and dishwasher. The bathroom facility has toilets and sinks. Electric hook up is available. Fire pit(s) with surrounding Adirondack chairs is available. No dumping or pumping of RV waste available at this site. No trash removal service available, although farm dumpster is available for limited use.
