We had an overall great stay. Greg was very communicative and even gave us some eggs! Don’t show up at night as it can be a little confusing trying to find the property.

Safe, quiet, and beautiful mountain views. 15 minutes from Massanutten ski resort. Perfect place to rest after snowboarding all day.

The property is located in the Shenandoah Valley at the foot of Massanutten Mountain with a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge. It is located near the Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park. The property is dark and is a great place for star gazing. It is quiet except for the sound of US-33 in the distance and occasional trains passing by. We would recommend this location.

My group changed our plans last minute, so we weren't able to stay here. But Greg was very clear on the directions to get to his land and the rules of the site.
Next time we pass through, we plan on staying here.
