WishFlower Gardens is an off grid mostly wooded homestead in progress. You'll have access to a tent site (accessed by an in progress trail), Campervan, or mostly level parking spots for self-contained vehicle camping.
We are visual artists and herbalists and are happy to add on an intuitive painting class or plant medicine workshop to be enjoyed during your stay.
it was easy and straight forward to find the spot. the trees around the van are so beautiful especially at night with the stars visible. the van is cozy and as comfortable as seats that convert into a bed can be. Really appreciated the sink, ventilation fan, the heater and the various lights to help make it comfy. the host was very helpful and pleasant to communicate with.
What an incredible experience. I’ve been wanting to visit Wishflower Gardens for a while now and finally had my schedule set up for the perfect weekend getaway! I stayed overnight in the campervan which was spacious, warm, and super cozy. I had every accessible and more, including bathroom needs, a meal around the campfire with other campers who joined in on the weekend festivities. As someone who is just getting started with the van life and camping in general, this was a lovely experience and Lucretia and Khalid are such great hosts ! Made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely be coming back here :)
Camping at Lacretia and Khalid's land is such a beautiful vibe! I travel and live in a short bus and there was more than enough room to park and be comfortable. There's a fire pit that truly came in handy being that it was below freezing and while being outside we still were warm. 10/10 recommend to families and single travelers!!
It was so sweet to spend a night at Lucretia’s Hipcamp! Our hosts were friendly and accommodating and the van was quaint and comfortable. There are sweet trails throughout their forest, beautiful gardens, and inspiring projects throughout the land. Any time we pass through this area this will definitely be our go to spot, highly recommended!
Tent camping on Lucretia's land was wonderful! There was an excellent spot to park once I arrived. I was greeted by the hosts and they happily showed me around! From where I parked , there is a path beside the greenhouse bus that goes to a lovely trail through the trees. I was able to check out a couple different tent spots and chose one across the creek near the awesome tree house! They had a fire pit and firewood available. The spot was amazing! The sounds, the beauty as the sun went down, and just the peaceful vibe were replenishment for the soul. Backpacking in is simple and if you have a little more stuff (me for my tent nest materials!), they provide a wagon or a wheel barrow to help get everything from the top and back again!
In the morning I had a class with Lucretia about plant medicine and she taught me some amazing things and showed me her beautiful herbs and plants in and around the garden.
They have amazing plans for the property and I can't wait to go back and check out the things they come up with! Highly recommend camping here! So good for the soul!
