My husband and I were looking for a beautiful secluded spot away from the city, but close enough to it, to be able to reach our clients. After a year of looking we found Ravenhouse on beautiful Harstine Island located in the Puget Sound. 40 miles from Olympia and 85 miles from Seattle. There are 3 state parks on the island, great kayaking and boating on the island. Come chill, create or just do your thing. My husband and I are filmmakers and we love to hear new stories, but we are busy and will always respect your privacy and be respectful of your space. Learn more about this land: Stay in our yurt! We absolutely enjoyed Ravenshouse! The most comfortable stay yet on a beautiful property. We were given plenty of detail with what was available and provided in the yurt and clear directions to the property, although our rental car GPS lead us there without complication. April is a wonderful host! The conversation and coffee was the "icing on the cake" before my friend and I began our Olympic NP adventure.

This was a perfect spot- accompanied by incredible hosts and a serene location. The Yurt was filled with a mini-fridge, table, dresser and comfortable bed. The hosts, Joseph & April, were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect as well for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a place to relax and have a fun vacation.
