Can you camp anywhere in Voyageurs National Park?

No, you cannot engage in dispersed camping anywhere in Voyageurs National Park. However, camping is allowed at designated campsites within the park. There are over 270 campsites in the park, which are accessible by boat and can be reserved in advance. The campsites are spread across the park's four main lakes: Rainy Lake, Kabetogama Lake, Namakan Lake, and Sand Point Lake. Each campsite has a tent pad, fire ring, food locker, and a privy.
