There is plenty to do all year round with the snowfields, mountains and lakes close by with activities available in the area including bush walking, fishing, 4wd, motorcycle tracks, some of the best mountain bike tracks (incl. Erica Mountain Bike Park) right at our back door as well as skiing and tobogganing or simply exploring the wonderful natural environment and historic townships. Erica Caravan Park is your ideal location to enjoy and experience nature and enjoy passions or new adventures in every season. Located on site is BBQ facilities, Pizza Oven, 4 communal firepits, camp kitchen, laundry, Rec Hub / Training Room and loads more inc Giant Chess Set, Foosball, Basketball Ring & a side gate to the park and playground out the front. Chill out on a cold night at the fire pit while enjoying a drink at the Campers Bar (Licenced or BYO),or maybe purchase one of our locally sourced Meat Packs or Pizzas to cook on the BBQ, watch the TV or listen to some tunes. While The Love Shack is a private cabin, perfect for intimate getaways for couples we also offer larger group bookings for extended family / and or friend groups with the need for a normal bedroom/bathroom option. The camping area around the cabin is suitable for tents/vans and can easiliy accommodate larger groups. There are three under cover areas for group camping use :- an outdoor kitchen area with sink, bench space and a full size fridge/freezer, an enclosed pen with an extra BBQ, There is a large covered area with a 100" pull down projector screen (bring your own projector for movie nights and fun). A full set of lawn games is also available. The Shack is a two night minimum stay and sleeps two. Extra guests are welcome in a tents/vans outside at an extra cost per person. The Shack has one bedroom with linen available as an extra, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, kettle and mini cooker. The living room features a little combustion woodfire heater. Camping enthusiasts can enjoy a level, grassy site with spectacular views across the Tarra River to the forest, or behind you across the paddocks. We are only 3 kms away from the Tarra Bulga National Park and 10 kms from the historic town of Yarram if you need any supplies. Woodside Beach, Welshpool and Port Albert are within easy reach too.
