If you require check in out side these times additional fees apply you need to select these in the extras options and payment prior to arrival. Gas cookers are allowed during the summer however no fire or coal/webber cookers. For safety reasons, please arrive by 6pm for initial check in and setup unless you have made prior arrangements. Beautiful secluded property, with plenty of bird life and wildflowers. Relax on our beautiful lawns and let the resident frogs 🐸 sing you to sleep. We have a passion for permaculture and in the early stages of setting up our food forest. Calming shady spaces with a cute dam to chill out next to! Perfect to lay out a picnic blanket and have a glass of wine and nibbles. Local pick your own produce farms nearby. We also sell our own free range eggs, jams, relish and pickles made from seasonal produce. Please note although we have multiple sites listed we only ever have 8 sites available as we rotate availability to manage the grounds. Any food scraps are welcome to be popped in the chicken coop they will love you for it 🥰 BYO toilet paper, some available on site to purchase if required (please see extras) When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged sprinklers and $250 for solinoids. Injuries and fatalities to our animals. We have free range chickens that like to visit as well as a couple of dogs and other birds on site. For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs, any fatalities to the birds incur a $150 fee. By booking you are agreeing to the above terms. Please note due to council and safety regulations. on days with catastrophic fire warnings and vehicle movement bans the property is required to be evacuated. During your stay if the need for evacuation occurs you will be refunded the portion of your stay when the warnings are in place.     Family friendly (not a daycare center) farm, located 40 minutes from Perth. We have a Brewery and Restaurant located onsite, ideally located between Toodyay , Northam and York. The ideal base for exploring the the Wheatbelt region. Summer Creek was established in 1884 by Edward Vivian Harvey Keane. Keane was a prominent figure in the development of Western Australia, having constructed over 800km of rail around W.A. The property runs alongside the discontinued railway line, known as the Kep Track / Golden pipeline trail, which is part of the same railway network as the Bibbulmun track. The old winery building was saved by R and A Poulton, after a demolition order was places on it by the Northam shire in 2002. The property is now heritage listed, and the fight to preserve it from main-roads continues. Come along to our Karaoke nights at the Restaurant. Our camping set-up is a work in progress, so we would appreciate your suggestions and feedback, we now have a cold shower on site. When things dry out we will be able to do more work on the accessibility. Children are welcome, but make sure you are prepared to look after them. This is not a place to let then go feral. This is a working farm and has all the dangers that go with that. Please appreciate our home, as we are opening it up for you to enjoy as much as we do. From plants, rocks and old equipment, you may not be aware of its significance, so please be respectful and dont damage our home. All live in the wild and there is no guarantee that we will see them We grow wildflowers such as Proteas, Leucadendron , Leucospermum (pincushions),Banksias , Eucalypt - Silver Dollar, and Cut Flowers - Osteospermum, Zinnia and Gladioli, Kangaroo Paw and Bromeliads. We also have our native species - Grass Trees, Zamia Palm and Golden Wattle . We also have fruit trees, chooks and a vegetable garden. BUSH STAY ACCOMMODATION is available and we have Two cabins. The Music Room Cabin for two people, and the Olivia Cabin which will accommodate up to four people. Both have TV,DVD, aircon, fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery, plates etc. We also have a large comfortable Tent to accommodate up to four people. Set up for the real bush experience. TV, DVD ,table and chairs .Beds and mattresses,sheets ,blankets, pillows, and doonas can be provided. You may bring your own tent,but only up to a mid sized four man tent.This is not an RV site. Hear all the sounds of the bush at night! Check out the stars planets and the moon. The sky is so clear out here. Caravans/Camper trailers are also welcome. One Powered site available. A toilet, shower and Barbeque facilities are available and our Fire Pit is ok to use in Winter and share some toasted Marshmallows. Local attractions include: Toodyay Emu Park, Archery Park, Avon Valley National Park and the Avon River, Paruna and Karakamia Wildlife Sanctuaries, Toodyay Townsite - Connors Mill,The Old Gaol and many other historical sites ,shops and restaurants.     Located on the foothills of the Darling Range in Keysbrook Western Australia, Bolinda Vale Farm is a real working farm breeding Beef cattle and Merino sheep which has been in the same family since 1926. We offer neat nature based campsites in the gully and all campsites are on the banks of the babbling Dirk Brook with a good distance between campsites for privacy. A great property to reconnect with country Please note, to get to the campsites there is a farm track and for most, a creek crossing. We recommend 4WD or SUV to access ALL campsites. Perfect place for caravans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, tents, swags, vans to various campsites. There are horses and Scottish Highland cattle that usually greet you near the main entrance, and sheep and cattle graze the hill country and surrounds. Plenty more for nature lovers here, including red-tailed cockatoos that flock to the gully to feed on the Marri trees, plus many other birds. The resident Wedge-tail eagles soar above making the most of the thermals created from the hills and the local kangaroos Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at ALL times as this is a working farm. You MUST bring your own camping toilet and be COMPLETELY 100% self sufficient with everything including drinking water We have a Leave No Trace policy, so ask that you please take all waste with you. Strictly No Pre Booking tours of campsites allowed, a good description and photos of each campsite is available online. ALL campers are to be booked in prior to arriving at the farm.     My Husband and I took our dog to stay at Ed's place for an overnight stay. It was so quiet, the only noise was from birds and the wind rustling in the trees! Ed maintains the property very well, everything is neat and in order. Ed even cooked our sausages for us on the BBQ! The cabin is very nice, it would suit 4 people no problem. Be aware there are no amenities in the cabin, the kitchen and bathroom is in the main residence.

    Perfect! Easy Friday arvo drive from Perth, lots of shade and easy to use campsites. Felt safe and secure, the animals were wonderful and my son is still raving about his pizza. Interactions with staff/owners were great, and I also appreciated not needing to have any interaction unless we wanted to! We will definitely be back.

    our camping spot was great. Next to the spot was a shed with some equipment turning at night like a purr but it did not bother us. We only saw one dog walking around the ground with the owner. A friendly dog who likes entering the pond in front of the tent so you may get a bit wet. They also manage many other camping spots so it can be busy with one toilet/bathroom. A great location to visit the area. Lovely people. We will come back.

    I absolutely loved this campsite! There was plenty of space to comfortably fit my 10-person tent, car, and gazebo. The surroundings were lively, with peacocks roaming around, adding to the charm. The shower and toilet facilities were impressively clean, making the stay even more comfortable. The café food was amazing, and the people were just as wonderful. Highly recommend!

    Very nice place,tacked away from the big town guilderton which is only 20 minutes away. Peaceful and calm with all the basics amenities you would like to have when camping with kids ,such as hot shower and toilet. Can recommend enough this place and their hosts Janelle and her husband, super helpful and friendly. Also big mack the cane corso ,gorgeous! They offered us a little spot on the grass although we have booked into another place earlier. Surrounded by chocks, pheasants, and a premium view with their two horses closed into their paddock, and last but not least the thousand star view you will get looking up in the sky. Thanks Janelle to having us and can't wait to go back soon!

    We had such a relaxing time at Everything Horses. We enjoyed having horses roam free among campers. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby, which made our stay even better. The beach ride was amazing! Dale is the best coach, very kind and supportive. He taught my daughter to ride bare back and to trot on the sand. We are already planning to go back ;-)

The farm is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights was the animal feeding experience. It was a delight to see the joy on our kids’ face as she feed the friendly farm animals, including sheep, goats, donkeys & cows.     Come and visit us in Mooliabeenee, situated in the beautiful Shire of Chittering. Camper vans, caravans and tents are welcome. Sites are on a slight slope. The Hive Cafe is open Fri & Sat Night 6pm-8pm Sat & Sun 11am-3pm Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO-SMOKING FARM. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Campfires - (campfires are only allowed when fire bans are lifted). Nearest toilet dump site is Bindoon Oval. Recycling Bins are available. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 8pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Playground Rules: - Adult Supervision required for use - No bare feet, wear proper footwear - Do not use play equipment improperly - No pushing or shoving Free honey tastings are available when shop is open, but please ask and we can arrange a tasting for you. Campers will be held responsible for any damaged caused during their stay. Kindly note this is a working farm and we operates completely off-grid, where power and water are valuable resources. We kindly request that you limit your shower time to no more than 3 minutes and switch off all lights when not in use, our generator may start from time to time. ****Important Notice Regarding State Bushfire Ratings**** Please be advised that our camp adheres to the state bushfire ratings. The farm also features a fantastic communal area for fellow traveller's to meet, chat, have a few drinks, sit by the amazing fire pit (during winter months), have a BBQ. The farm features many beautiful hand raised farm animals such as, camels, cows, miniature goats, donkeys, alpacas, lambs, deer, a pig, emus, ducks, turkeys, guinea fowls, geese, rabbits, chooks and peacocks. Spend some time strolling the stunning walk trails and taking in the amazing views on the property, The sunsets are vivid and beautiful. The stars shine and sparkle bright. The paddocks are uneven terrain with incline and decline and are not safe for riding. - No yelling or squealing in the communal / play ground area. This area is for everybody's enjoyment. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free around the farm without adults. Please ensure your children do not yell, squeal or run whilst around the animals. -Children must be supervised in the communal playground area, The playground is closed for use at 6.30pm. - No lighting of campfires. Local Shire and DEFES have very strong rules regarding this, and if lighting of a fire occurs people will be prosecuted by DEFES and the local Shire up to $36000.00 or 3 years imprisonment, -Fabulous communal fire pit open during winter months. No individual site camp fires due to safety of our property, animals and guests. -If you smoke please place your butts in a sealed fire proof container. Please do not leave them on the ground as it is a fire risk and our animals may eat them causing health issues. -No dogs permitted on the property due to our animals roaming free. -You must be totally self contained, own power and water, (3 clean portable toilet and refreshing cold bush shower are available for use in the communal area). -Please take away all rubbish. -No big party groups. -Quiet time from 7.30pm please. Please consider other guests and our neighbours. -Check out of campsite by 11 am please. -If a gate is closed, please close it behind you as will find it very hard to catch an animal that has escaped. - Please do not enter animal enclosures/ paddocks without Jane or Marc. -As we are a farm and you will be in our farm animals home, we ask you to please be kind and friendly towards all of our animals. -You approach all animals at your own risk -Please do not feed the animals any food that has not been given to you by Jane and Marc. -Please drive very slowly through paddocks 10km per hour as animals roam freely. -You will be handed a rules and guidelines policy when you arrive which includes an emergency and evacuation plan. Make sure you read and make yourself very aware of the guidelines, as your safety is very important to us. -Arrival during day light hours is a must please arrival by 6pm, for yours and our animals safety.     5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking.
