Guest quarter on 3 acres opening to a deck with a creek in the backyard surrounded by mountains and nature! Enjoy the sound of the creek while gazing the sycamore trees and mountain views. Huge deck to BBQ and relax outside, sit around the fire pit, swing on the tire, hike around the property and beyond or go down to the creek to swim, fish or relax. The accommodation is a guest quarter attached to the main house with your own personal private space. Double bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4. Private full bathroom, kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, convection toaster oven, microwave and a kcup coffee maker. Paper towels, napkins, paper plates/paper cups/utensils, towels, washcloths, blankets, coffee and tea are supplied. Sedona, Wineries, Hiking, Kayaking, ATV Riding, Dining, Shopping, Golfing, Montezuma Castle, and Cliff Castle Casino close by! **Weddings, Events and Party Venues are permitted. Please contact Host to discuss details.** - Children must be under parent's/guardian's supervision at all times. - Service Dogs, please contact host before booking and have certificate to verify. ***This is a non-smoking/vaping property***Accommodation is a guest quarter attached to the main house with private entrance and complete privacy with no shared space on the inside. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4 total. One full bath and the kitchenette has a sink, small refrigerator, convection toaster oven, microwave and a k-cup coffee maker. BBQ, picnic table, table and chairs are on the deck outside the entrance and around the property. There is another BBQ/Smoker on the property as well as firepits and chimenea. Access to the creek is a walk down the backyard. There is a tire swing and hammock on the property. No kayaks or bikes are offered but you may bring your own. Paper towels, napkins, paper plates/paper cups/utensils, towels, washcloths, blankets, coffee and tea are supplied. **Events and Party Venues are permitted. Please contact Host to discuss details.** - Children 4 yrs and older allowed. Children must be under parent's/guardian's supervision at all times. - Service Dogs, please contact host before booking and have certificate to verify. -This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property.
