    Welcome to our charming river house nestled along the serene Satilla River in Atkinson, Georgia! This cozy two-bedroom retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for your getaway. Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting space with all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table or out on the spacious deck overlooking the tranquil river. After a day of exploration, unwind in the comfortable living area, complete with a TV and plenty of seating for movie nights or board games with the family. For outdoor enthusiasts, this river house is a dream come true. Cast your line from the fishing dock, fire up the barbecue grill or pizza oven for a riverside cookout, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong in the playroom. The deck offers the ideal spot to simply sit and soak in the serene views of the Satilla River, while the fire pit is perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. We also provide an inflatable kayak for two, adding a bit of adventure to your stay. When the river begins to reach "flood" stages of around 12-13 feet, the property will need to be accessed by truck or larger SUV due to a portion of the road that holds water. We will notify you in advance if this occurs. Additionally, roads can potentially be a little rough after bad weather but are typically pretty easy to travel even with a car. The area under the house is inaccessible, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking, using candles, or hosting large parties during your stay. Be mindful of others and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
