Includes 30/50 amp service, direct site sewer connection, WIFI, private river access to one of the top fly fishing rivers in the mountains, private wooded area for exploring with amazing fairy streams and connection to state land, top it all off with dark sky certification star gazing from the flagstone patio surrounding your 8' foot wide fire pit or go right up the street to Bare Dark Sky Observatory for a directly look at the planets!
