Our Tropical Flower Farm is a 52-acre property situated at the foothills of Mt Bartle about one hour drive south of the Cairns International Airport. We grow an extensive variety of tropical Heliconia and Ginger for use in the Australian Cut Flower market.
Our farm is completely self-sustainable. We have a waterfall that generates our power through Hydroelectricity and gravity-fed water from a natural spring. Just 20 minutes from the farm is the township of Babinda.
Absolutely beautiful place, quiet, lovely views of the flower farm, swimming holes and waterfall right next to camp site. Definitely a place to visit. Hosts are very friendly and enjoyed talking to them. 💯
The best camp site I’ve ever stayed at. Jodie’s property is beautiful. We had lots of privacy and our own section of creek to swim in. Jodie was accommodating and great company.
her dogs, blue and hammer are great too. They played and swam with our dog.
Can’t wait to go back there at some point. Highly recommend
It was great to have private access to each camp site along the river. Also, the waterfalls on the property were truly amazing and very relaxing for a one-day stay. I would definitely return again.
