We have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. An amazing view of the national park and Cunninghams Gap. There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap. The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area. Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open. You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road. Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Only 1 available, please see Extras. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. All human, food and general waste is to be removed upon leaving the campsite. We have fireplaces set up but if you prefer a different site for your fire please bring your own fire pit. Good Firewood for camp ovens etc is available for purchase under Extras. For this one off price we will supply you for wood for your whole stay. There is sometimes wood located at each campsite but the amount and quality is varied. Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open. Please be aware from June-August there can be high wind gusts. We recommend 4WDs to access the rear creek and camping areas. There are 3 x 2WD camping options suitable for larger caravans and motor homes. These sites can accomodate a large group. We have a good variety of options for 4WD. Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Access is restricted in wet weather- out of our control. There are 2x 4WD sites suitable for smaller setups and 3x 4WD sites suitable for larger groups. Please book separately and let us know your group name. There is a rough hill climb 4WD low gear at the beginning and a tight corner at the top. Reminder - You must provide your own toilet facilities and take your waste and rubbish with you when you leave. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Hidden Gem

We enjoy this site so much that it's now our go-to camp. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the creek is amazing—deep and clean all year round. Allanah and Phillip are so lovely and very generous with the wood they supply. This place is truly a hidden gem, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Stunning

Absolutely stunning, immaculate bush property. Lots of different camping areas based on your set up and what you’re after. HUGE sites. Off leash dog friendly to responsible owners. The creek was a hit with mine-at 6am (in winter) I couldn’t keep him out of it. So much to explore, the creek goes on forever. Dirt road in for 6kms, then when you’re on the property there’s a fun (easy-moderate) 4wd track to the spot I was on. So close to brissy and the Gold Coast but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Fell asleep to the sounds of the wind in the tall gumtrees and the creek. Will definitely be back. I met Phil the owner and he showed me to my site. This is hipcamp at its finest.

Very Peacefull camp spot. Very friendly host, even though i didnt get to meet Alannah, she was always quick to respond to my messeges regarding any questions i had. Phil met me at the front gate and drove in front to show me to my camp spot. Had a little chat about the property and its location. Just great people. Awesome drive in with a steep hill climb. Very exciting as I don't do too much offroad 4wd. Will be back again, highly recommended 👌

Hidden gem

This is an absolute hidden gem. Had a huge plot all to ourselves next to a flowing creek. Plenty of firewood, spectacular views and a fantastic host. We will be back again for sure.

Fantastic hosts, beautiful camp spots that are spread the perfect distance apart (out of sight from one another). We will be coming back with the kiddos for a longer stay next time.
